We provide services in person or digitally through scheduled meetings, trainings, consultations, or portal/email delivery. Upon receipt of payment and confirmation of service scope, we will coordinate delivery timelines with you
  • Digital products (such as templates, policies, toolkits, and training materials) will be delivered via secure download link/client portal or email.
  • Live services (e.g., audits, strategic planning, program development) are rendered in person or through virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
We do not ship physical products under any circumstance

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Magnate Consulting does not offer refunds for any services rendered or digital products delivered.

3. Resource Reallocation or Rescheduling
