Ms. Johnson is a healthcare and human services executive with more than 18 years of multi-state leadership experience. She has guided hospitals, clinics, behavioral health programs, developmental disability services, and ASAM-level substance use programs in achieving compliance, accreditation, and sustainable operations.
As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Magnate Consulting, Ms. Johnson has supported over 250 organizations across Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, and other states through licensing, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Her expertise covers CARF, The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, and state regulatory standards.
Ms. Johnson holds credentials as a Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional (HACP-CMS), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB), Certified AI Consultant, MANDT Trainer and Trained Level 1 Investigator. She integrates compliance, process improvement, and technology innovation to enhance system performance, governance, and accountability.

With the addition of new team members in 2024 and 2025, Magnate has strengthened its leadership capacity and expanded its reach. Our team has grown; five new members joined us over the last six months, expanding our crew to ten strong. These professionals bring direct experience from the federal government, Fortune 100 and 500 companies, and industries beyond healthcare and human services. Their backgrounds add a sharper business lens to Magnate’s work, allowing the firm to deliver strategies that move beyond compliance into sustainable growth, performance, and organizational impact.
Most of our leaders hold Master’s degrees and have served in executive and management roles across hospitals, behavioral health agencies, developmental disability programs, home health organizations, and ASAM-level treatment facilities. Several have directed multi-state operations and compliance divisions, strengthening program quality and driving measurable improvement.
Magnate’s leadership also includes professionals with advanced expertise in Human Resources, Workforce Development, and Talent Strategy, helping providers build compliant, efficient, and high-performing teams through structured systems, policy design, and performance oversight.
Team members include licensed clinicians, certified QDDPs, HR professionals, trained investigators, and accreditation specialists with advanced knowledge of CARF, The Joint Commission (TJC), and CMS standards.
