Ownership & License Scope

The templates, documents, frameworks, policies, and other proprietary materials (“Templates”) provided by Magnate Consulting are the exclusive intellectual property of Magnate Consulting, LLC. These materials are licensed solely for single-use by the original purchaser and only for one (1) business entity.

Unauthorized Use Strictly Prohibited

The Client is expressly prohibited from:

Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing any portion of the Templates, whether modified or unmodified.
Using the Templates for additional businesses, entities, organizations, or clients beyond the one originally intended and declared at the time of purchase.
Sharing or distributing the Templates in any way that permits access by individuals or entities outside of the Client’s authorized personnel for the designated business.

Breach & Legal Enforcement

Any violation of this clause, including resale or unauthorized reuse of Templates, will be considered a breach of this Agreement and an infringement upon Magnate Consulting’s intellectual property rights. In such cases, Magnate Consulting reserves the right to pursue immediate legal action, including but not limited to:

Injunctive relief,
Monetary damages,
Recovery of legal fees and associated costs.

By purchasing or using the Templates, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these conditions. Any attempt to circumvent these protections will be met with full enforcement under applicable intellectual property and contract law.
